                                  PARTY INFORMATION

                                  Q: How do I reserve a party?
                                  A: You can call and we can take your reservation over the phone with a credit card or you can email us by using the reservation link at the top of the page and we will get back to you within 48 hours.  You are always welcome to come in personally and take a tour before making a reservation. 

                                  Q: Is there a deposit requied?
                                  A: Yes.  There is a $50.00 non-refundable/non-transfereable deposit due at the time of reservation.  All custom parties require a 50% non-refundable/non-transfereable deposit due at the time of reservation.  Reservations are not accepted without the deposit.

                                  Q: What if I have to cancel my party?
                                  A: All deposits are non-refundable.  If you cancel your Penny-Wise Party seven (7) days or less from your party date, 100% of your remaining party total will be charged to your credit card on file.  If you cancel your Jumper Company or Deluxe Party package seven (7) days or less from your party date, 50% of your total party price will be charged to your credit card on file.  If you cancel within forty-eight (48) hours from your party date or you do not show up for your party, 100% of your party total will be charged to your credit card on file.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

                                  Q: If I need to make changes or cancel my party can I leave a message on your voice mail to do it?
                                  A: NO.  Party changes and cancellations CANNOT be made via voice mail.  You must speak with someone personally.

                                  Q: Is there an age or weight limit for guest to participate at my party ?
                                  A: No age limit, weight limit is 250lbs per person.

                                  Q: Will there be someone in the party room to help serve my cake/pizza/etc?
                                  A: Yes. Once you enter the dining room, there will be someone who HELPS you serve your party guests. When your party is over they will do all the clean up for you.

                                  Q: Can I bring confetti or hang streamers?
                                  A: No. We do not allow confetti, streamers or pinatas.  You are welcome to bring a banner, table cloths and center peices.  Please let the front desk know when you arrive and we will be happy to decorate for you. No confetti or silly string is allowed.  If you use them, you WILL automatically be charged a $100 clean-up fee.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

                                  Q: Can I bring in my own food?
                                  A: NO. The only food you can bring in is cake, ice cream, and drinks. You are allowed up to 2 *prepackaged party trays.  They must be prepackaged and they must be from a commercial kitchen.  This means you cannot make your own party tray.  You are not allowed to bring in your own pizza.  If you bring in more than the 2 *prepackaged party trays or if the food you bring is not *prepacked from a commercial kitchen you WILL automatically be charged a $100.00 penalty.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

                                  Q: Can I bring my own pizza?
                                  A: NO.  You are not allowed to bring in your own pizza.  All pizza must be purchased through us.

                                  Q: Can I order extra pizza?
                                  A: Yes.  Extra pizza is available for an additional charge but only after the $2.95 per person initial fee.  Soda is not included with the additional pizza.  (Cheese/Pepperoni $12.00 each & Specialty/ Special Order Pizza is $18.00 each.)

                                  Q: Can I have alcohol for the adults?
                                  A: No alcohol is allowed.

                                  Q: When do you need to know my head count if I am ordering pizza, balloons or goodie bags? 
                                  A: At the time of your reservation you will need to let us know if you will be ordering pizza but the final head count will be determined the day of the party based on the actual number of guest that attend.  Goodie bags and balloons can be ordered the day of the party.

                                  Q: Should I arrive early to set up my party?
                                  A: Actually we will set up your party for you so you do not have to worry about that; just give yourself about 15 minutes to turn in what you brought for the dining room and to turn in paperwork.

                                  Q: How early should I arrive before my party?
                                  A: You should arrive no more than 15 minutes early.

                                  Q: How early should my guests arrive for the party?
                                  A: We recommend writing on the invitations to show up 15 minutes before the start time of the party, this is so they can turn in/ fill out the release forms. That way all of your guests will be there when it is time for your party to start and to hear the safety briefing.

                                  Q: What if I or my guests are late getting to my party can the time be extended?
                                  A: NO.  We have a strict party schedule that rotates every hour and a half.  Your party time cannot be extended.  At the end of your scheduled play time you will be moved to the dining room.

                                  Q: Can I bring my own decorations, paper products and set them up before my party?
                                  A: We provide plates, forks, napkins (for your cake and ice cream) and table cloths free of charge, however, they are generic. If you would like to bring your own paper products, you may do so. Please let the front desk know when you arrive that you have decoration and we will set them up for you.  We do not allow pinatas, streamers or anything that hangs from the ceiling. 

                                  Q: What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
                                  A: Drinks and cups if you are not having pizza.  Extra plates & napkins for your *prepackaged party trays.

                                  Q: Does each guest need a separate waiver even if they are in the same family?
                                  A: No. All family members can be on the same waiver… but it only fits up to 4 people on each release form. We always have extra release forms at the front count in case someone forgets theirs.

                                  Q:
                                  What else should I bring to my party?
                                  A: You are required to wear socks so please remember to bring a pair. We do sell socks for $2.00 a pair.
