CANCELLATION POLICY
· All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
· Party date will be reserved when deposit is received.
· Bookings for parties accepted by phone with a credit card.
· Balance due on the day of the party.
· Party date changes must be made at least seven (7) days in advance.
· If you cancel your Jumper Company or Deluxe party package seven (7) days or less before the party
date, 50% of the party total will be charged to the credit card on file.
· If you cancel your Penny-Wise party package seven (7) days or less before the party date, 100% of
your party total will be charged to the credit card on file.
· If you cancel within 48 hours of your party date or do not show up, all fees for the party will be
charged to the credit card on file.
· Cancellations cannot be made via voice mail.
· Laser Maze trailer rentals are subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled or rescheduled due
to inclement weather.
