Everyone Must Wear Socks
All guests need to sign a release form, including the adults who do not think they will be jumping.
We do not take party changes or cancellations via voice mail. You must talk to someone personally.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All changes to the Jumper Company and the Deluxe party packages must be made 7 days in advance. If you cancel within 7 or less you will be charged for 50% of the party total and if you cancel within 48 hours of your party date or you do not show up you will be charged for 100% of the total party price.
**NEW ** Penny-Wise packages must be cancelled 7 days in advance. If you cancel 7 days or less from your party date you WILL be charged the remaining $49.00. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Penny-Wise Package allows 12 kids plus a birthday child. Any additional children are $15.00 Per child. Additional guests for the Jumper Company and Deluxe partites are $8.00 per person. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You are responsible to bring your own cake and or ice cream. You can bring ice cream cake as we have a full freezer. You do not need to bring a cake knife or ice cream scoop. If you would like special candles please bring them with you. We do supply standard candles at no additional charge. We supply all your cake plates, napkins, forks and tablecloths for your cake and ice cream.
We offer a pizza option that is $2.95 per person whether adult or child. That gives you 2 slices of pizza and unlimited drinks. You can pick one flavor of drink from our list of flavors. Flavors may vary based on availability. You CANNOT bring your own pizza. It must be purchased through us. Additional pizzas are available for $12.00 or $18.00 each but only after the initial $2.95 per person have been met. Additional pizzas do not include drinks.
You are allowed to bring (2) TWO prepackaged party trays. They must be prepackaged and come from a commercial kitchen. You are ONLY ALLOWED (2) TWO prepackaged trays. All food must be prepackaged and come from a commercial kitchen. That does not include frozen foods you can purchase at the store. You CANNOT prepare it yourself. It has to be prepared in a commercial kitchen. Please remember to bring plates and napkins for your extra food. Please note: If you bring more than the allowed party trays or if the trays are not prepackaged and from a commercial kitchen you WILL automatically be charged a $100.00 penalty fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You are allowed to bring in chips or pretzels (any dry type snack) on top of the (2) two party trays. You can bring in big bags and we will put it in bowls for you or you can bring in individual bags and we will set them out for your guests.
If you are not getting pizza you are responsible to bring your own drinks and any cups if needed.
Goodie bags are to be handed out only as the children leave. We will not hand out goodie bags while still in the dining room.
You are welcome to bring decorations for the dining room. We allow table cloths, banners, and center pieces. You cannot bring anything that hangs from the ceiling and you cannot bring streamers. We do not allow pinatas. Please remember to let the front desk know that you have decorations when you arrive.
Face painting in NOT allowed at SkyHigh Party Zone.
Shuffleboard is for adults only. If you or your adult guest would like to play it please ask an attendant for the pucks and return them to the attendant when done.
We do not allow chewing gum, confetti or silly string. If you or your guests are excessively messy in the jump room, dining room or parking lot; you WILL be charged an additional $100.00 cleaning fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Includes vomit or any bodily fluids.
If for any reason you or any of your guests are asked to leave the premises because of rule infractions, the entire amount of the balance due will be charged to your credit card on file. If you are paying by cash or check you will be expected to pay the remaining balance immediately.
Gratuity for your host is always welcome.
ADDITIONAL RULES FOR CUSTOM PARTIES:

You balance is due at the beginning of your party. A 12% gratuity will automatically be added to all custom parties. If you end up with additional guests that raise your party package rate the remaining balance will be due at the end of the party.
SkyHigh Party Zone will furnish you with a party host who will help supervise your guest for safety violations and to clean up the dining room at the end of the party. The party host will start clean-up thirty (30) thirty-minutes before the end of the party.
You are responsible for securing your own catering or bringing your own food.
You are responsible for doing your own set-up. Set-up time is included in your (4) four-hour time slot. Additional time is available at the rate of $150.00 per hour. Additional time must be booked in advance.
Face painting and glitter is NOT allowed at SkyHigh Party Zone.
You are responsible for setting up and serving your food.
You are responsible for bringing your own paper goods and flatware: plates, knives, forks, spoons, serving utensils, napkins, tablecloths etc. (We do have a cake cutter and an ice cream scoop available)
All drinks must be in individual sized capable bottles (like a water bottle). Absolutely NO cups, glasses or cans allowed.
Unless other arraignments are made in advance, your set-up time IS included in your (4) four- hour time slot so please plan your decorating time and your guest arrival accordingly.
Our staff will start cleaning up the dining room (including putting way the food) (30) thirty-minutes before the end of the party.
No food or drinks are allowed on the carpeted areas. If you or your guests are excessively messy in the jump room or the dining room you WILL automatically be charged an additional $100.00 cleaning fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Includes vomit or any bodily fluids.
